Your trip to Calistoga just got even better! The best Bocce in the Bay Area can now be enjoyed in the Napa Valley at Golden Haven’s brand new all-season international-competition sized Bocce courts. Bocce is easy to learn and great fun to play.
Golden Haven’s courts were constructed to meet the standards of international competition bocce. Courts of this size and quality are not commonly found. The surface is made of a high-quality synthetic turf that can be used in all seasons. Calistoga has mild weather year round which gives bocce players the opportunity to play all year at Golden Haven because the rains don't make our courts unusable.
Adjacent to the bocce courts is an extensive picnic area surrounded by olive trees, with a beautiful view to the Palisades Mountains and Mount St. Helena. This is a great place to relax during your visit with us.
The courts are available for all our Spa and Hotel guests and can also be reserved for private use and league tournaments. If you just want to come and use the bocce courts, you can do so for $25 for the first person, and $20 for each additional person.
