This Christmas season, enjoy a train ride from Napa to Yountville on the Napa Valley Wine Train joined by Santa Claus & his Elves. There will be Christmas caroling & coloring for children of all ages—and best of all, children under 12 ride for free. The wine train terminal is located in downtown Napa, about an hour drive from the San Francisco Bay area.
The special Santa Claus train leaves on several days in December. On December 9 & 10, and from the 15th to the 24th, the train leaves each morning at 9:00Am. Between December 11th and the 14th, there are special afternoon trains that leave at 5:00pm. Prices for the train range from $20-$40, and each adult may be accompanied by two children free of charge.
A la carte menus are available for both the morning and afternoon rides at additional charge. The breakfast menu features a selection of tasty breakfast items, including French toast and fresh seasonal fruit while the lunch menu includes personal pizzas and freshly baked cookies.
