- NAPAVALLEY BRIDAL
SHOW: Planning a wine country wedding? If so, visit
the Napa Valley Bridal Show, on January 14, 2007. The bridal
show takes place at the Embassy Suites in Napa, CA. Call 707-226-5101

- MUSTARD MAGIC: January also boasts the beginning
of the Mustard Festival and with it a plethora of activities
through March, 2007. The Grand Opening event, “Mustard
Magic,” takes place at The Culinary Institute of America
at Greystone in St. Helena, CA on January 27. This lavish affair
features Napa Valley wines as well as culinary delights from
the valleys world famous chefs. Indulge in an evening of fantasy
(costume or black-tie required) as each year has a new theme.
Prices for this event vary based on when you purchase your tickets. Before
December 29, the price is $100. After the 29th, the price jumps
to $135, and if you wait until the night of the event, the price
jumps to $175. Don't miss the much-anticipated auctions
where you may bid on wines, weekend getaways, romantic dinners
