Boskos Trattoria, we pride ourselves on fresh, simple Italian food.
Everything is made from scratch with fresh ingredients, so when
you walk in our door hungry, you’re sure to leave satisfied
and happy, just ask the locals!
Our specialty pasta is made in our kitchen with 100% semolina, always cooked al dente. Of course, we have all the classics; from home made Lasagna, to Ravioli, and Gnocchi. We also have some Boskos favorites like our Godfather pasta made with Italian sausage, roasted eggplant, garlic, onions, and red peppers in a spicy, herb tomato sauce over spaghetti. Also, our Glorioso, with garlic, olive oil, mushrooms, and red chilies over pasta shells, plus more than 11 dishes to choose from all sauteed to order.
Our
tasty pizzas are made with a partial cornmeal crust and cooked
in our wood burning brick oven, imported from Italy. We burn only
walnut wood, which gives our food that special flavor. Boskos also
features specialty items like fresh grilled salmon with lemon basil
butter sauce and creamy polenta, and our angus rib-eye steak with
roasted potatoes and prosciuto.
Antipasti’s, include fried polenta, lemon baked artichoke, and roasted beets with a citrus vinaigrette. We also have a variety of home made soups and six salads to choose from which are always fresh. Boskos also features an extensive wine list to compliment all of our great food including an abundance of wines from the Napa Valley and great wine growing regions in California and Italy.
Make sure to leave room for some of our home made desserts including assorted cheesecakes, tiramisu, gelato, and every ones favorite, our Triple Layer Tort, made with dark, white, and milk chocolate.
Our historic building was built in 1888 from locally quarried stone, and has a high, open beam ceiling. You really get that warm, welcome feeling when you’re here enjoying a meal.
